A slim utility knife in silver anodised aluminium that takes a full-size snap-off blade. A knurled screw slider locks the blade exactly where you set it, and on the back a thin magnetic ruler curves away from the edge, so it measures a line and keeps your fingers clear as you cut.

It’s made in Taiwan by HMM, the studio behind the HMM Scissors. It measures 120 by 26 mm and weighs about the same as a good pen.
